 The International Pentecostal Young People's Union (IPYPU) has come a long way since its conception in 1933. Under the guidance and supervision of our parent organization, the Pentecostal Assembles of the World, Inc., our body of youth, ages 38 and younger, have grown from approximately 400 youth to now more than 8,000 youth and supporters worldwide. Today, we are still united for the purpose of providing specialized programs that promote the message of Christ to other youth around the globe.
Our heart beats for you and every young person that desires to be all they can be in Christ, in society, in their home, in their school, in their church, and in their community. We have moved beyond being the leaders of tomorrow, but we are truly the leaders of today! Our voices coming together, backed by our actions and coupled with our passion give us power to inspire change, in our lives and in every life we touch.
It is our prayer that every person that makes the choice to connect with us would be empowered, enlightened, and inspired to push their limits for greatness. We are more than conquerers...believe it and then walk in it with us!

The hearts of the IPYPU go out to the many lives lost in the major earthquake that struck southern Haiti several days ago. After a 7.0 earthquake struck on last Tuesday, January 12th, and then the 6.1 aftershock experienced yesterday, we are increased in the desire to reach out to God.
"It is VERY important that we remember the Story of the "Good Samaritan" and keep in mind that people's lives are always at stake with decisions whether it's made by God or man. In other words, it could always be worse or it could've been you. Let's come together collectively as the IPYPU BODY and pray for Haiti and the families that are suffering from something that was totally out of their control. God is Sovereign, therefore, we cannot figure out the mind of God, however we have the ability to go to God. So, let's go to GOD in prayer and supplication and let's do what we can as individuals to help aid this great cause for Haiti. LET'S GO IPYPU!"

The quake has knocked down buildings and power lines and left many without food, water or shelter. Let us keep the nation of Haiti and all of the many volunteers that have and are traveling to render support in our prayers. Let us also do our part by partnering with ongoing relief efforts...

One of the first was with District Elder Ronald L. Young, the 11th YPU Chairman and now Diocesan Bishop of the 2nd Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., who published the IMPACT newsletter during his 1969-1973 tenure. And today, the Youth Quarterly will again bring Christian news, world news, writings from reknowned authors, event details, and several additional resources to your coffee table.
