![]() CANDIDATES SCREENING ELIGIBILITY PACKAGE Elder Eric Jefferson Ministerial/Business Resume (required) As the Summer School Principal I have instituted various strategies to increase student achievement with national and state standards along with strategies to decrease failures in their course work. I have worked with building level department chairpersons to insure the courses offered during summer school are designed to increase achievement and decrease failures. We have created two new courses in the Math department that will prepare students for higher-level Math courses. In addition, administrative roles, includes but not limited to, interviewing, making teacher recommendations for hire, evaluating teacher performance, and supervising students and teacher schedules. Ministerial/Business Biography (recommended) Eric Vaughn Jefferson was born on November 15th, 1974. He was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a member of Bethesda Temple Church of the Apostolic Faith Inc., under the leadership of Bishop James A. Johnson all his life. Eric received the Holy Ghost at the age of 12. Eric has worked in the church in many different capacities. He has served on the usher board, as a choir director, and currently serves as an associate minister, praise team leader, and the president of the Bethesda Temple Young People’s department.
