This is an overview of my work background as a healthcare accounting professional. Community Health Systems own & operate over 148 hospitals nationwide. My job's primary focus is to analyze a hospital's Accounts Receivables, (multimillion dollar financial classes) ensure insurance reimbursements, identify core issues & errors that prohibit payments released, and then perform training & implementation on corrective procedures for business office functions according to the policy & procedure guidelines set forth by CHS.

What do you know about the IPYPU? The IPYPU is the BodyAt-Large of the Young Peoples’ Union of the PA. of W. I do know that our organization is undergoing a major reconstruction in many areas. The #1 historical fact about our organization is that we are the first Apostolic organization formed, founded by Bishop G.T. Haywood.
Why do you want to serve as an officer of the IPYPU? I would like to help make a difference in how we do business throughout our organization. I have already set certain goals to help implement correct accounting principles according to the Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP). Oftentimes, because we are considered as a non-profit organization, we tend to develop business procedures that may not be as effective or most profitable for our group. With a keen sense for troubleshooting & auditing skills, I bring to the table the drive to progressively bring our Youth Dept. to a higher level of performance.
What do you find most attractive about your position of candidacy? The most attractive attribute of the Asst. Treasurer is the opportunity to work for the Lord on the highest level of our organization for the Youth Dept. Nothing is a greater reward than to be chosen to perform the purpose that God has ordained you for “such a time as this to utilize your talent.
Why should the IPYPU elect you? I am a great candidate because I have working knowledge & experience in accounting, both professionally and working for my council. I am running for my 2nd term as the PYPU Treasurer of KYITN Council, unopposed. I assisted the current IPYPU Treasurers during the Empowerment Conference 2009, National Summer Convention (Atlanta) 2009, and have served at the 2009 Region #2 Conference in Indianapolis, IN. In all the conferences, I assisted with collecting and counting the offerings and check request tasks.
What are your long-range goals for the IPYPU? 1. To motivate people to come to God, come back to Cad, and strengthen those that are already with God; 2. Support leadership in promoting real life lessons that will encourage youths in hard spiritual struggles, church leadership, and cultivating their lives to fulfill Gods purpose; 3. Support all accounting activity involved, and help facilitate current processes.
