Are you proud of all that God has allowed you to accomplish? Or do you have an exemplary youth in your church or home? The IPYPU now recognizes youth who have excelled in their church, school or homes.

The IPYPU is launching this national youth recognition program to encourage young people to excel in academic studies and get more involved in volunteering and community service to affect change in their neighborhoods.

Through this program we hope to:

Promote the successes of young people throughout the world.

Build life long habits around service, leadership and ethics - - the core values of the initiative - - and spread the message that high school students are the next generation of community volunteers.

Excite and motivate students through the use of rewards and incentives - - Public Recognition, Gift Certificates, Scholarships and Prizes.

Twice a year, a selection committee will recognize a first and second place recipient. Recipients will be featured on the IPYPU website for one year. Recipients will also be recognized by the Presidential Congress at the PAW Inc. Summer National Convention during an evening service. Recognition categories include:

Academic Excellence - presented to a youth who has shown high levels of academic achievement;

Athletic Excellence - presented to a youth who has shown high levels of athletic cademic achievement;

Academic Professional - presented to a youth serving professional, in a paid position, whose work exceeds normal expectations;

Civic Leadership - presented to young people who have demonstrated outstanding or extraordinary contributions to their communities or families.
